First they both suck to watch! Second is that you need to smack yourself to stay awake!! The only difference to me is that paint doesn't have the biggest ego in the world and paint doesn't act like its the best thing ever!! I would love to watch kane beat him up!!!!
At least soemthing gets done watching paint dry, then again, Cena is a good way to have a laugh at someone expense.
The difference is Pain is boring. Cena is not
Paint drying at the end it has a finished product that you can live with for some time and you change it when you want.
