I think it should be okay to use any paint other than water based paints. However if it is possible I recommend you get some fabric paint which is designed to be put onto fabrics-and there will be less chance of the paint washing out. Well, glitter glue looks really good on shirts, but washes off clean, but you can always do it again! Also, it looks really cute when you cut up the side of a shirt and tie up the ends! Hope I helped you out! And have fun at your concert!!! = )
