What is the best longlasting exterior paint?

My husband wants to repaint the siding on our garage. He wants a good longlasting paint to he does not have to repaint after only a short time. We are wondering if Sherwin Wms or Benjamin Moore or something other than these is better. What is the best longlasting exterior paint?
Sherwin Williams is a good paint, use the Promar 200 exterior flat. Its a little expensive but it covers good and last a whileWhat is the best longlasting exterior paint?
There is most likely no real difference in the durability of any of the major paint brands. The secret to a long lasting paint job is preparation, preparation, preparation. I know, I hate prep, too, but that is the key. Get absolutely rid of all loose, flaking, crazed, etc. paint. The ideal is to go to bare wood over all. Then prime with a good primer. I prefer oil based primer because I live in a very humid climate. In a drier climate the latex primer probably does the job. Caulk thoroughly. Any crack, nail hole etc that the primer did not span should be caulked. You want there to be no way for water to get behind the top coat of paint. Then put on a minimum of two top coats. Latex is OK for that.
Bear is a good paint....I think its Home Depots # 1 paint
