How do you remove dry, acrylic paint from cement?

My sisters husband spilled a gallon of paint on their drive way in front of the house. The paint is now dry and looks bad, what can they do?How do you remove dry, acrylic paint from cement?
3M makes these disks that you can attach to your drill and essentially ';sand'; off the paint from concrete. it is a HECK of a lot of work though.

It is a LONG link so I hope it works. You can buy these disks at Home Depot.

BTW Reagan...I use acrylics a lot and often get it on my clothing. I have found a product called ';kiss off'; at my local craft and hobby store in the fine arts sections that works pretty well. How do you remove dry, acrylic paint from cement?
i'm not sure that they can do anything. it is acrylic paint so it dries with plastic-like properties. i guess you might could try nail polish remover, or a sand blaster. maybe you could try chipping away at it, burning it off, or you might even just have to hire a professional service. i got acrylic paint on a hoodie once, and i tried everything that i knew how to do but it didn't work. if all else fails, you could get all weather cement paint from the hardware store and go over it. it would make the driveway very clean looking. just pick a color most like the original so that it doesn't look too different.
burn it off with a blow torch
