How long does it take to paint the inside of a house?

It is relatively small, two small bedrooms a connecting dinning room to the living room and a master, thats what we are painting. Oh it's a mobile home. One coat. How long does it take to paint the inside of a house?
like a half a day, and take the other half for it to dry.

it also depends on what color is on the wall right now, and how many coats you will need to properly paint the walls.

all in all, in shouldn't take more than 1 day. have fun, lol, and hope it comes out good! How long does it take to paint the inside of a house?
If--and it's a big if--everything is fully prepped and all the furniture is out, two people can do a room in 2-3 hours if they're fussy and exacting, 90 minutes - 2 hours if they're not. I'm talking continuous effort, no breaks.

Prepping means the surface to be painted is clean and dry, with holes and cracks repaired and sanded, drop cloths are in place, ladders or stepstools are ready, brushes, rollers, and trays are clean and ready, and you've got windows masked and the edges of the floor surface protected.

It makes a big difference if you can completely empty a room of its furniture, too. Maybe you can cram two rooms' furniture into a third room, for instance. Most interior paint is dry enough to move the furniture back into the room in 4-6 hours.
