What is the best way to paint your own brake calipers?

I want to paint them red. i want them to be proffesional but i wana do them myself. they have to last long and look good. How would i go about doing this?What is the best way to paint your own brake calipers?
take them off if you want to and sand them down and use high heat red paint on them, they actually have a do it yourself kit out now to do that and I have seen it at autozone or walmart I believe.What is the best way to paint your own brake calipers?
i agree with lunatic but I would use high temperature paint like engine paint so it doesn't bubble or peel
i used tremclad paint, and it's lasted for years, never fading and still looks like new. i also painted them red. just make sure you clean and degrease them, and the paint will last for a long time.
The best way would be to take them off completely and clean them and tape up what doesnt need to be painted. Paint them, let them dry and just be careful when you install them back.
